On April 13, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Kennesaw Mountain’s Mountainfest took place. At Mountainfest, there was a variety of food, activities, performances, and vendors, so check it out and support Kennesaw Mountain! There was also an amazing feature of a Journey Tribute band called Departure that performed at 8 p.m.
Here is a list of some of the activities that took place at Mountainfest:
- Live music from a variety of performances, including features from our band program (And from the Journey tribute band!)
- Tons of food stands/trucks, including seafood, tacos, Italian, burgers, ice cream, and many more! (See website listed below for more information)
- Bouncy houses!
- Petting zoo
- Silent auction
- Several vendors
- Many more!
Mountainfest was so fun and was a great way for students, faculty, and family to support Kennesaw Mountain, get to experience live performances, and have an amazing time!
