September 11, 2001: a date no one will forget.
Despite the fact that today’s current students were born after this tragic event, they continue to remember those who gave their lives to save others. Each year, Kennesaw Mountain’s highly recognized NJROTC program holds a memorial ceremony commemorating the officers, firefighters, paramedics, and civilians’ rescue and recovery efforts.
