With homecoming just around the corner it’s important to plan for what outfits you’d like to wear. It’s important to show school spirit by dressing up because it shows your support for our school. Also, it’s just fun to wear something other than normal day school clothes.

Monday is PJ Day so be sure to wear some comfy pajama pants or even a comfy onesie. In past spirit weeks I’ve seen most people wearing pajama pants and a hoodie for PJ Day or a funny animal themed onesie like a unicorn or shark. Something to remember is that slippers are out of dress code, so opt for some comfy slides or sneakers.

Tuesday’s theme is Caesar’s Place, Iconic Duo Day, Twin Day, or Dress up as your favorite KMHS teacher. For Caser’s Palace you could dress up like a roman in a toga, sandals, and a wreath. If you’re going to wear sandals, make sure to bring a pair of sneakers if you have a chemistry lab or are doing a sport class/activity after school. Another idea is that you could dress up like the iconic Caser’s Place hotel in Las Vegas with sparkly Vegas dresses or a suit. For Iconic Duo Day or Twin Day, you can find a friend and dress up as iconic duos or twins like Bert/Ernie, Thing 1/Thing 2, Mario and Luigi, or even Velma and Daphne. For Dress up like your favorite KMHS teacher you could dress up as Mrs. Wright in a lab coat and jeans, Mr. Futrell in a polo, khakis, and dress shoes, or Mr. Eby with cargo pants and a green vest.

Wednesday is Planet Hollywood and Movie Character Day. For Planet Hollywood day you can dress up as a celebrity like Marilyn Monroe, Taylor Swift in a eras tour outfit, or Ryan Gosling in a barbie outfit. For Movie Character Day you can dress up as iconic movie characters like Cher, Shrek, Mary Poppins, Jack Sparrow, Katniss, or even Iron Man.

Thursday is Jersey Day or Career Day. For Jersey Day you could rock a Braves Shirt, Mustang Jersey, UGA jersey, or any other sports team you like. For Career Day make sure to dress up as your future career! Whether that be a construction worker, doctor, teacher, fast food worker, CEO, or Lawyer.

Friday is Hard Rock or Super spirit day.  For Hard Rock Day you can wear a shirt with your favorite band like Guns N Roses, Blink-182, Nirvana, ACDC, or Led Zepplin. Another idea could be to dress up as a member of the band like KISS. For Super Spirit Day make sure to wear your class color! You could simply wear a shirt with your corresponding color or spice it up with accessories like jewelry, belts, socks, or shoes.
Freshman – White

Sophomore – Green

Junior – Grey

Senior – Black
