As temperatures are starting to cool and Halloween decorations are being put up, most people love to wrap up in a cozy blanket and watch their favorite movies, but if you’re anything like me, that’s just not the case. Don’t get me wrong, I can definitely enjoy a good nostalgic movie and some hot chocolate, but I also love being outdoors and getting my energy out. So, I’ve compiled a list of activities to do by yourself or with family and friends that’ll truly bring the autumn spirit!
The list includes the following:
- Bake cookies or any kind of dessert
- Go on a walk/hike through nature
- Visit a local pumpkin patch
- Jump in a pile of leaves like you’re a kid again
- Volunteer at an event
- Stop at a coffee shop and treat yourself
- Take pictures by yourself or with friends in the beautiful scenery
- Play vampires instead of mermaids as if you were in Twilight
Although there’s no shame in hibernating, I hope this list inspired you to get off the couch and take advantage of this autumn season.
